Upload your Claude export ZIP or conversations.json, then choose one conversation.

  1. In Claude: Settings → Privacy → Export data. Team/Enterprise exports require the organization's Primary Owner.
  2. Download the export from Claude's email.
  3. Upload it here and select the conversation.

Imported threads use Opus 5.5 unless you explicitly change their model. Historical human messages are attributed to you. Original transcript metadata and matching files bundled in the ZIP are preserved. Missing originals are reported and can be attached afterward.
